1. Artistic Integrity
Each piece of art from Diksha Art Studio is a unique creation, handcrafted with archival materials and extreme care. Because of the bespoke and fragile nature of original artworks and customized pieces, we maintain a specific policy to protect the integrity of our art and the satisfaction of our collectors.
2. Original Artworks
Original paintings and custom commissions are generally non-refundable once the studio has commenced work or the item has been shipped. We take the following steps to ensure your satisfaction:
- •High-resolution photographs and videos are provided before shipping original works.
- •For custom commissions, feedback milestones are integrated into the creative process.
- •Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis before shipping has occurred.
3. Damaged Shipments
While we use professional-grade archival packaging, if your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the artwork itself. We will work swiftly with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement (for prints) or a suitable resolution for original works.
4. Returns Process
For prints or eligible items, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original archival packaging to ensure no damage occurs during the return journey. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector unless the item arrived damaged.
